This apartment is very spacious, so you get a good bang for your buck. The location is very good, central to downtown Norwich & the fairgrounds. However, the wifi kept going out, the parking is tight, the queen bed is very low to the floor and not very comfortable. Many lamps in the apartment do not have bulbs in them, which is a problem at night.

I agree with all the previous reviews and was hoping that some of the issues described by others has been fixed but sadly not. The day bed in the second bedroom was in such bad shape I thought it would collapse every time I rolled over. The mattress in the master bedroom was so also really uncomfortable. The furniture through out was just really uncomfortable. New beds and a comfortable sectional would do wonders here!

This is beautiful old home built in the 1800s it is not in perfect condition. It is in good shape with some minor cosmetic issues. It is priced fair it is in a safe location. With off street on premises parking short walk to a couple restaurants. Check in was a little challenging. I would reach out to host the day before check in. I grew up in this community and will stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. Loved the sitting porches. Great kitchen. Shower was perfect. Convenient for our planned activities. Bed could have been more comfortable. Tv area needs additional comfortable seating. Overall we would definitely rent again

attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal

This rental is on the ground floor of a lovely older home located at the corner of two quiet streets, with a private entrance and convenient parking. It is very spacious with two bedrooms, a large sitting area and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and the appliances are fully functional. There is an ample supply of linens, paper essentials, as well as hand soap and shampoo. The host, is an excellent communicator, and makes helpful suggestions on great local dining, shopping and attractions. It was a very pleasant stay.
