Everything worked out very well - close and convenient to the slopes and very comfortable living space. Kitchen is a bit dated and could use an update, but all was in working order.

The communication was amazing. The location was in walking distance to slopes and Nordic. Love the number of rooms and beds. Fireplace and game room downstairs. Great for extended family, Grandparents, Grandkids and Daughter and her husband. Also very quiet secluded feeling yet super close to road and ski areas. Only challenge is driveway and slope of road immediately in front of the property. Although we were directed to get a vehicle with snow tires or chains, Rental car did not offer snow tires option only all season. But fortunately we were able to handle the heavy snow without incident. Would have appreciated if some sand was put on road and driveway would have been plowed. Only road got plowed.

Robert, thanks for the thoughtful review. We're glad the home worked well for your family and you enjoyed the location, layout and amenities of the home! We appreciate the note about the driveway, it is a fairly steep slope to get in/out. Glad you handled without incident and while we didn't hear from you during your stay regarding any concerns with the driveway, we would have been able to help with some sand if we knew it was giving you issues. A quick note for future guests, the town of Brighton where this home is located does require winter visitors vehicles to be 4wd/Awd with snow tires/chains/cables/snow socks and rental car companies are required to allow traction devices on their vehicles when the Traction Law is in effect. Thanks for staying with us, Robert! We'd love to host you and your family again.

wonderful summer family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management for the property were always available and willing to talk with you and answer questions. The property was clean, excellent shape, off a quiet road and even though some construction on other homes was going on, we were not disturbed. Excellent spot in the trees. Lots of games and books to use, big eating area, beds were comfortable, had washer and dryer, fun little facts in a book about the cabin we enjoyed.
