Gorgeous lakefront home with private dock!

Lake living on the water. Home provides a private 20 ft. dock, huge deck, off the street parking, beautiful views, and much more!
This is the perfect location for family vacations, summer water sports, fishing tournaments, hiking Mt. Konocti, wine tasting, shopping, restaurants, casino fun etc....Clear Lake offers some of the best bass fishing in the state. Boat launch is a 4 minute drive from the property, and a short boat ride to our private dock. The deck provides a large outdoor living space with multiple sitting areas to enjoy warm summer nights while sitting by the fire pit. BBQ provided with a covered dining area and beautiful view of the sunset.
Great home for children. Swimming and kayaking right off the dock makes for fun summer days for the kids. Lots of games to play and close to Library Park.

2 great weeks in Clear Lake

Just spent 2 weeks at this great house at Clear Lake near Lakeport side. Had multiple groups of Family and Friends. I have stay in Clear Lake many times over the decades but this house was prob one or maybe our overall favorite. Everything you can ask for. Clear and great communication from the owners (Kelly). The house and property where clean and updated. Everything from many towels and supplies to even little things like phone chargers in all rooms, lots of fans, great AC, huge deck with gates to keep the 1 year olds in, good dock for the bass boat. Located in perfect fishing area. Kelly even has been kind enough to collect our sloppy exit and return some things we left. I will be back for my few trips a year to the lake and look forward to staying here. Also, great parking in front for boat trailers and guests.
