Casita Sandin is a solar-powered, beachside casita set on 3 acres with 165' of beachfront located at La Pastora beach. It's perfect for walking, relaxing or surfing. There's a spacious living room with a built-in couch, a dining area & fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with travertine counters & floors. Relax or dine on the palapa covered porch. La Pastora surf break is in front of our beach shade.
We can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 2.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Wash all dishes before final departure
Put compost bucket outside the Casita. We will pick it up.
Lock the property gate after you exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Items not permitted: hair dryers, curling irons, steamers, clothes irons, electric tea kettles and coffee makers, bottle warmers, blenders, etc.
Do not turn the refrigerator setting higher than 3. It won't make it any colder. When loading the frig with warm items it takes time for them to cool.
Guest must show valid government id upon arrival. No unregistered guests allowed on premises without the explicit permission of the host

Close to near wedding venue and kind hosts

The hosts were very accommodating and nice. The place is spacious, clean, and close to the Green room and Villa Santa Cruz where I attended wedding events at. Would recommend!

Connor was a great guest, very polite and respectful of our Casita. He left the Casita almost the same as when he arrived. Would definitely host him again. I highly recommend him to other hosts.

Spring Break

Stayed with family during school break. Quiet. Close to beach. Bird watchers paradise. Lovely, new casita. Had everything that was needed. Owners on site, and were lovely. Responsive. Great spot for family with young kids or 3 adults. Wonderful spot in the shade to sit on the beach and whale watch
