Welcome back to Paradise! We are working tirelessly to rebuild and re-open with recent updates to our vacation rentals. All of our available homes and condos have been thoroughly inspected and are ready for you to have an enjoyable vacation. Now is the time to reserve your stay for a vacation you will never forget.

Welcome to Santa Maria 108, a gorgeous tropical retreat tucked away in the serene southern end of Estero Island. This condo offers two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for up to four, making it great for a relaxing couple’s getaway! This location also offers easy access to Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport.

Step inside this lovely condo to be greeted by natural light and a charming open floor plan. The living area offers a comfortable couch, views of the community pool and a Smart TV for your streaming needs. The dining area features seating for four, making it a great place to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is well-appointed, making it easy for meal prep. Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds when you are ready to retire for the evening. The primary bedroom also boasts an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, separate shower and garden tub.

Santa Maria offers some exclusive resort amenities designed to further enhance your stay. You will discover the deeded beach access at Bay Beach Lane only a short distance south from the resort. There is also a clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, and gas grills for your enjoyment.

Relaxing, close to the beach

Great location, most of the comforts of home, close to the beach. Relatively close to the baseball stadiums for a fun spring training game. Relaxing. The only issue we had was with Wi-Fi. The password did not work, management was quick to respond, and tried, was unable to assist us as the owner needed to reset the password. Management was unable to resolve the issue as the owner needed to reset the password, but they didn’t connect in a timely manner. We didn’t have Wi-Fi the entire trip.
