Vrbo# 2537209 ( next door unit also available to rent). (Many many updates to this property). Come visit our spacious, newly renovated 2 bedroom home and 1 bathroom. Our home is located on the North End of the island only minutes walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico & Times Square Area! This home was completly renovated and decorated in Tommy Bahama style decor! Making everything brand new in this home for your enjoyment! There is a SPACIOUS kitchen/dining room w/ Tommy Bahama style table seating for 4! The master bedroom has a queen size bed with beautiful, new wood furnishings & Tommy Bahama style decor! The second bedroom contains Tommy Bahama style decor and 2 sets of new bunk beds (2 twin beds & 2 full beds) which sleeps a max of 6 guests. The living room has a 60" inch plasma tv, 2 chairs and a full-size sofa. All other rooms contain 32" plasma tv's w/streaming capabilities with your own account and basic cable for your extra added enjoyment! You will enjoy your own washer/dryer and laundry space free of charge for the duration of your stay with us. There is also a private outdoor entertaining area that accommodates seating for up to 6+ adults along and a shared charcoal grill for your entertainment. Some beach items are provided for your use. A large bike rack is included, however bikes are not. There is a bike rental shop (Quicky Bikes) located slightly off island for your convience. For your safety at night, the entire outside property is well lit with led lighting and an outdoor surveillance system with a live stream. All of the outdoor cameras are in plain site and clearly visible to you.

Girls Trip

Great for a long weekend. Easy beach access, walkable to bars and restaurants. A bit removed (15 minute walk) from Margaritaville/main downtown area which made for a nice quiet retreat.

House was just as described. Easy walk to the beach. Close enough to walk to Times Square. But the tram stop at the end the street was also very convenient.

Great property

We loved the whole vibe. It was a super close walk to the beach, we loved having a cooler to take with us. The place had everything we needed, the host was responsive with questions. Highly recommend. Laundry onsite was also a bonus, we could have packed way less. The kitty that was sleeping under the steps in the morning was a fun bonus.

Just wonderful

The cottage was wonderful it had everything we needed and more! I think that kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen back home :) The access to the beach was so convenient! Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay, Amazing Hosts

We had such an amazing stay! The hosts were amazing, the property and house are well kept and came with everything we could have needed! The backyard was our favorite spot! Tikki bar, lounge area, fire pit, and grills! It’s a close bike ride to the beach (end of the road), to downtown (5mins) and to Publix for groceries! I have stayed many times in Fort Meyers, and this is by far my favorite location! Thank you again!

Great location

This is a great location, close walk to beach with available beach chairs and toys for kids.Downside is the walls are thin, can hear neighbor. Shower towels are worn, some with holes. Owners will not accommodate early check-ins, late check outs. If none of that stuff bothers you, then this is a great place to be!

Perfect spot !

Perfect location ! Down the street from beautiful Ft. Myers Beach ! A short walk to Margaritaville and Times Square area ! Things are building back. Places to go, things to do ! Our condo was comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice backyard area. We didn’t spend much time there, we had other places to go ! We will go again!

Wonderful place to stay!

I highly recommend this place. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. The washer and dryer are easily accessible with supplies. We had full size appliances and we cooked dinner every night but one. We had plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. Beach chairs and an umbrella plus two wagons are available to use. The beach is an easy walk. Overall we had a wonderful experience! Thank you to the owners!

Great location and great layout

We stayed for a girls weekend. The property was perfect for us and had plenty of beds and space. The backyard is wonderful and the location close to the beach was perfect for us. The house included beach chairs, a wagon and coolers which made it very easy for us to go to and from the beach. As the beach is still recovering, there were several things still not open. But there were a few places that we were able to go to. There are not grocery stores on the island open yet, but we knew that and ordered for pick up ahead of time. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.

Perfect getaway!

This property is perfect in many ways - cleanliness, proximity to the beach and places to eat, comfort, and quiet. It was an ideal location. We walked to the beach daily, walked to Margaritaville for a delicious dinner, and walked to Mom’s food truck for breakfast. The availability of beach chairs and other items was a perk we truly appreciated and used. We were hoping to get an early check in or late checkout due to flight times but were declined for both. The owner/ property manager who lives downstairs (this is an upstairs unit) scolded us for attempting to park at the unit early so we could walk to the beach. I have done this at other rentals without an issue, but I understand his concern about liability. A bit of understanding on his part would have made us feel less like we were being chastised and made for awkward situations as we were coming and going.

Hostile Host

We booked this to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday which the host was aware of. After lunch we came back to celebrate in the back yard which actually is a nice spot. Cornhole, Tiki Bar and fire pit. We had 4 friends come in the afternoon to enjoy the day but my wife was confronted by hostile host indicating that no one could be there if not a registered guest. My wife tried to explain they came for the afternoon however he abrasively grilled my wife about the amount of people we had there threatening to kick us out. I would say be aware!! Not a grandchild, your children, friends,etc can come. Owner is across street and micromanages the property. Keep in mind we are all older adults who clearly were treated like college kids. Not a place to stay if you want to enjoy life

Owners live onsite so be on your extremely best behavior

The ceiling fans were full of dust and comforters needed to be washed. We could not enjoy the back because there were so many sand fleas. Also we were there through Mother’s Day weekend Sunday the family came over to spend the day at the beach which we were gone all day at the beach then they returned to have dinner with us and then leave but the owners who live downstairs emailed to complain if we didn’t fix the issue we would have to leave not exactly the way you want to spend Mother’s Day.

This spacious rental property has been completly renovated. It is located on the North end of the island. On Mango Street. The location is only a 3 minute walk to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and short 10 minute walk to Times Square.

What makes this property unique

This property is very spacious, clean and completely renovated. It sleeps 6-10 people comfortably. It's unique in the fact that it contains a second bedroom with 4 beds in it ( 2 full, 2 twin) and the den contains a full size sleeper sofa with a dresser and 32 inch flat screen TV making for a possible 3rd bedroom if needed.
