About this property

*Our home is currently in the rebuild process after Hurricane Ian. We will update photos once the rebuild is complete.*. You will feel right at home and relaxed when you step into this beautiful, renovated stilt home, with dedicated access to the beach, which is just steps away. Located mid-island, next to Publix. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the house to the sand! There’s a trolley stop at the end of the street so it’s very convenient if you don’t have a vehicle.

The master bedroom features a king bed, huge floor mirror, fireplace, and spa-like bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds and a built-in desk.

The open floor plan and big backyard are great for spending time with friends and family. Enjoy a little piece of paradise on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac.

Close to everything

Easy walk to the beach as well as downtown Ft Myers Beach. Clean place with a great kitchen and large living room and dining room.

Great location, spacious and clean

We had a great post-Christmas stay at this bright and clean house near the beach. We *very* much appreciated the beach wagon, beach towels, and umbrella, which made the 3-minute walk to the beach even easier. The fat-tire beach bikes were also fun! The beds were comfy, the basement laundry convenient, and the neighborhood quiet and friendly. The ability to walk to Publix was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

We had such a nice stay. The beach is a very short walk, nice quiet neighborhood, VERY well appointed house and kitchen. Also, the master bed was the MOST comfortable bed EVER. Mary was very responsive right from when I booked our stay to when we left and was very generous sharing beach chairs, etc. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend.
