Comfortable And Cute, Right On The Beach!

Newly remodeled (2020), this home sits directly on peaceful Punta Banda beach. Amazing views of the Pacific ocean and mountains, it doesn't get any better than this.

Relax on your deck, take beachfront strolls for miles, enjoy surf fishing at your back door or enjoy a game of golf just minutes away. Horse rentals are just around the corner, or make a quick run to La Bufadora--a favorite sightseeing destination--for shopping and lunch,

The home is a small, comfortable rustic two bedroom, one bath gem with a large living room. A full kitchen has plenty of storage for a long stay, grocery stores are a ten minute drive, and restaurants, mini marts, bars and medical services are located within one mile. Ensenada is 15 miles north and offers a full range of dining and entertainment, fishing charters, Bajamar Golf Resort, museums and much more. The Estero Beach resort offers oceanfront dining and pool use for a small daily fee.

ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION:

Holiday weekend rate is $225/night, minimum 3 nights.

Bookings of less than three nights are charged an additional $40 fee to cover property management expenses.

Bookings made less than two days prior to arrival are charged an additional $50 fee to cover property management expenses.

These assessments will be charged separately via PayPal if a reservation is booked automatically by the client.

NO REFUND POLICY. If you need to cancel your reservation, we will rebook you into any available dates that meet your schedule at no charge (unless those dates warrant a rate increase, for example moving from a non-holiday to a Holiday weekend).

This is the perfect Punta Banda rental. Well furnished and nicely decorated. Great location right on the beach. We used the outdoor firepit one night (we brought our own wood, but there was also some there at the property). Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, if we needed them. It was nice having Netflix available so we could easily turn on a movie at the end of the night.

Such a cute house. You can't really see it in this photo, but there are two lounge chairs with a little table on the left, and two more chairs, a BBQ, and a fire pit on the right (all behind the ice plant, up by the house).

This property was in a great location! Alos, of all the vacation rentals I've stayed, this one was the very best as far as having everything we needed. The kitchen had was so well stocked with dishes for eating and cooking, and soap and pots and pans. Really important to us, since we were there to enjoy looking at the tide come in and go out, and not to run around and do tourist activities. We will definitely come again!!

We loved our stay. The view from inside the house, not to mention from its deck, was phenomenal. Steps to miles of beach, perfect for beach walking, camp fire, and just relaxing. Short walk to a pleasant and peaceful little village, a short drive from everything else you could possibly need. Everyone involved was great to work with. We loved our stay and hope to stay there again!

Beautiful beach stay

Great location! Everything we needed for a perfect beach weekend. Note there is no pool or pool access as the listing describes. The Interior is comfortable and clean. The beach access and view is phenomenal just far enough from town to relax and yet close to Restaurants and sites. The hosts were fabulous! Just what we were looking for.

Great place

Really nice 2 rooms house. Recently renovated it. We had everything we needed. Next time we will bring an air mattress because the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Irka (property manager) was available and helpful. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our time here; it maybe would have been different if the vacation rental nextdoor had a large group booked there, but thankfully it was empty. Pros: beachfront, remodeled kitchen, friendly neighbor, clean surfaces cons: no secure parking area, no beach gear/towels (except 1 functional body board), just a suggestion , a toilet seat isn't very expensive, but replacing the one with paint chips in it will just feel "cleaner", plastic ones don't chip

Perfectly Relaxing!

After somewhat confusing driving directions augmented by ongoing street construction, we were guided through step by step along an alternative route by property mangers Phillip and Nikki. True godsend! Phillip met us at the property and graciously showed us around and supplied us with some great local information. The next morning we awoke to a wide open, sandy beach with all but a few souls taking a morning stroll. We have never felt more relaxed as we spent the days reading books, fishing, exploring and playing board games with our boys. A truly fantastic stay!

The beach house was amazing. It was a bit remote to get to but the owners were in constant communication with us and were willing to meet us and drive us in. We chose to follow the directions provided and looked at it as a bit of a treasure hunt! The prize was amazing! The beach was wonderful. Make sure to walk down the beach to the left, at low tide, you will discover the hot springs right there in the sand. Look for the steam!!! We soaked in our own little hot pool we dug. And sunset pictures…the best!! We will definitely stay again.

It was on the beach, that was the best, but...

Don't get me wrong, the property location was good. It was a few steps off the beach which was quiet had it to ourselves. Now for the less than stellar experience: I was not informed of the kitchen, bathroom and 2nd bedroom being an old trailer. Trailer-kitchen was functional but the bathroom was not. 5 of us had to do with one functional bathroom in the main part of the house. We ran out of towels the second day so I drove around looking for a laundromat. There is no washer or dryer here. Finally the beds...The beds are full sizes. No way one can sleep two people per bed. My wife and I could not fit. The couch in the livingroom does recline but kids could not sleep on it as it was so uncomfortable. We went to Walmart to buy cots to sleep in. I gave it two stars due to the location but that was it. I don't think I would stay here again.

We love this little section of beach for staying with kids. We've been here many times and plan to come back to Jason's house specifically because of the cleanliness and great location. I am already missing the beach and the beautiful view from those big bay windows as I write this review!! Take me back!! :-)

This place was amazing, It was so beautiful. Waking up every morning and enjoying the ocean breeze was priceless. The house is very clean and updated. It is spacious with a large open floor plan that accommodated everyone. I can't wait to stay here again.

Great house on the beach at Punta Bunda

Other then the bedrooms being a little and one mattress needing deep pocket sheets this was a great place to spend the week. It was really comfortable and cozy. I have no problem going back or recommending it to friends and family
