This spacious studio guest house is tucked away behind an historic sea captain`s house. It has a cathedral ceiling, a private entrance, outdoor seating, central AC, eat-in kitchen, wifi, and Roku television.
A great spot for a vacation, this is a place to relax, to walk to the Village with all its restaurants and cafes, walk or bike to the beach (Surf Drive Beach is the closest), and to beautiful nature areas. Ask us about Bike rentals (with helmets )and Delivery straight to the property!

Falmouth`s beautiful Main Street is a 5 minute stroll away. You can either leave the car parked at the property, or drive to Man Street where there is plenty of parking. The free shuttle bus to Woods Hole and the ferry to Martha`s Vineyard is a 10 minute walk from the guest house.
PARKING: Guests of the Guest House are limited to 1 vehicle.
Additional parking space(s) are possible in some circumstances. Please inquire.

The owner was very accommodating and letting us use beach chairs. The location is centrally located, but nothing special. This guest house was absolutely fine, providing a kitchen and living room/bedroom.

Cute place, but….

First off the area is beautiful & feels welcoming & I’d definitely go back again, especially since we were supposed to get the ferry & tour Martha’s Vineyard but weren’t able to. A nor’easter hit & everything was canceled The property was actually attached to the big main house which we didn’t realize. It wasn’t a big deal except the family that was staying in the main house were pretty loud at times. We figured it’s their vacation too so what could you do? It was just weird being only separated by a thin wooden door… the biggest issue was that the parking spaces were pretty far from the guest houses in back & lugging all our stuff that far was a drag. There was another group moving into the other guest house by ours & she was pretty upset too. I found a wagon along the building & started using that, then we shared it with them. Add to the distance, the yard was a lake from all the rain! Also, we were supposed to have 2 parking spots, we only needed one but sometimes we came back and there were no spots left so we parked on the grass? I was also disappointed that there was no quilt or comforter on the bed. It was pretty cold in there, luckily the heat worked really well & there were blankets in the closet. The only other thing that may be an issue depending on your size (I’m small, my husband is average) but the shower stall is SUPER TINY! Something to consider if you’re a larger sized person. It was cute, clean & well equipped & I’m just trying to be as transparent as I
