Coach home in the National at Ave Maria. Gated community with unlimited golf (you only pay a $30 cart fee), tennis, pickle ball, bocce, and fitness center. Lake view, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2car garage and laundry room. Furnished from Pottery Barn in a coastal theme. Why not invite the grandkids for part of your stay since we have a bunk room that can sleep 4 and is great for a kids movie night while you enjoy the tranquility of the screened in lanai.
Be aware that HOA approval can take up to 2 weeks.
