You’ll be just 2 blocks to the 126 bus to Times Square (10 min bus ride), and the PATH trains and ferries to NYC are just a 15 minute walk from the apartment, with gorgeous NYC skyline views along the way!

So much to do within blocks of the apartment:
Want to grab a coffee or some food? Take your pick! Everything is within walking distance and you will be a very short walk from multiple local restaurants, shops, nightlife, supermarkets, cafes etc. But not to worry - even though everything is close, the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks from the main Washington Street.

Visiting Stevens students or family?:
The apartment is just a few blocks from Stevens College and easy walking distance to all of Hoboken.

This was a cute apartment in the quaint Hoboken neighborhood. We felt safe and everything was walkable. The noise from the radiator and the tenants above us was very loud and kept us awake, which is why I gave this stay 4 stars instead of 5. We appreciated the parking pass and the Brita in the fridge! Overall, Veronica was a great host and it was a fun family trip to the city.

Easy, peasy! We had a great time and were very comfortable here. The neighborhood was walkable and had everything we needed. Also, walkable from the Path train. In my experience, city apartments can often have poor shower pressure and/or poor draining but not this place, it was great! The Brita water pitcher was also very appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfortable place, close to city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Hoboken. It was close for us to go in and out of the city and close drives to our old haunts in NJ. Place was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family. Parking was a little challenging to find a space sometimes, but as long as you pay attention to the signs was fine. Plus having lived in the area before, we know it comes with the territory.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is in the perfect neighborhood that is both safe and convenient!

It is family friendly and quiet, with tree lined streets, but also only 2 blocks away from the bustling main street (Washington street), which is lined with sidewalk cafes and restaurants. If you want to grab a quick coffee, Hidden grounds is just a 1/2 block away on the corner and they have great avocado toast!

There are multiple beautiful parks nearby, with the closest one being Church Square Park, only about a block and a half away. The kids can play here, or you can catch a pickup game of basketball or browse the farmers market.

The waterfront area has stunning views of the NYC skyline, a walking/running/biking path, and lots of large open green spaces to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if you want alone time, or to gather together for laughs and conversation. You will LOVE staring out the large windows in the sun room, watching the squirrels and birds play in the back yard. We also have an herb garden in the yard and encourage you to pick some fresh herbs for a home cooked meal!
