Mattresses could use updating. For kids probably ok but for adults not so great. Back porch is great. We had rainy days so was lovely hang out.

We do find this a difficult item to please every guest with, as there are so many options to choose from, and everyone seems to have a different opinion of comfort. We are so glad you found the porch to be a great space to hangout and enjoy during the rainy days we had during your stay. Family Beach Vacation

Overall, the stay was great, and house was perfect for what we needed. The beach is not close about a mile, and it is kind of a pain to get your stuff there. Luckly the community has a pool, which we loved a lot. The beds are not comfortable very hard could use better mattresses or at least toppers. The Wi-Fi only worked about half of the time. They do charge for parking passes for extra cars, which seemed a bit ridiculous to me when there was guest parking.

We do our best to explain the proximity of the beach to this great cottage and most guests give us positive feedback regarding the distance and how easy the beach access is. We hate you did not share the same experience. As for the mattresses, we will check into the details you shared, however no other guest has mentioned the mattresses being uncomfortable. We do find the mattress situation to be a matter of opinion, as some guests like a more firm mattress and some like a softer mattress. As for the parking passes, this is disclosed up front in the listing and also in all communications we make with the guest including the rental confirmation that you signed prior to payments being made.
