The view is amazing! Las Gaviota is a beautiful location. This property was very clean. Unfortunately, it was next to the road and it was very noisy. Also, it is up two flights of stairs.

No air conditioning, or air cooler was in the condominium. It was very hot when we arrived.. I think it would be a good idea to have a switch to turn on the light as soon as you walk in the bedroom. The restroom has a step which I don’t understand the purpose of it. Due to that step my wife trip and fell and hit her head on the corner of the shower tile. There should be night light to prevent any accidents. Thank god nothing major happened.

Weekend Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it. It’s clean, cozy and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We also liked the pool and beach access. We will definitely book again.

Mexican Paradise!

My wife and I have stayed here three times and each time is better than the last. The accommodations are perfectly situated overlooking the overlooking the ocean with a short walk to the private beach and surf. Love this place!

Amazing views!!!

The views from the deck were truly peaceful and amazing. The community was easy to get to and very clean and organized. The beach access was very easy to walk to and the food at the pool was AMAZING!!! Will definitely go again in the future.

Perfect for a couple

We loved the view from the living room and balcony. It's very nice and clean and close to the beach which I liked because I surf. You can even check the waves from the balcony. We are coming back for sure and will rent this little gem again for sure!

Unforgettable view...

Las Gaviotas makes for a great get away! The home is clean and comfy with a million dollar view! It's located on the south end of the complex just steps away from the surf. Perfect for a couple.
