The Common Areas:
There is plenty of seating at Run Forest Run! There is a formal dining table and extra folding tables/chairs stored if needed.

4th Bedroom: Twin Daybed with trundle (2)
5th Bedroom: 4 TwinXL bunk beds, Queen Bed, & Full sized pull out couch option (11)

Bathrooms:
There are 4 bathrooms. 2 of the bathrooms have walk-in showers, and 2 are tub showers.

The Backyard:
There is a fully fenced in and covered outdoor oasis - equipped with a TV, grill, fire pit, seating and more! Tailgate and hangout in peace.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

* Please be aware that you will be required to sign the Bama B&B Rentals Rules forms. This is done outside of AirBnB & directly with our property management company text system AKIA *

*Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.

* We recommend booking 1 month at a time. We require a cleaning fee per month, because our staff come in every other week to do an inspection and clean for you. If you request to book MORE than 1 month, we will have to submit an extra charge for another cleaning fee, plus tax. *

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
