The condo is located on the first floor and is only a 1 minute walk to the pool or tennis/pickle ball courts. Quail Run public golf course is also a short 2 minute drive down the block. This community is located off of any main streets where you can enjoy peace, quiet and golf course views from your lanai. The condo is 10 min from Clam Pass Beach, 15 min to Mercato and 15 min to 5th Ave S.

Model home

Recently re-modeled and updated with new, modern style furniture & new mattresses, etc. Looked like a model home staged for a showing. We were one of the first renters and the few minor glitches and lacking items were remedied extremely promptly. Lanai is small but it and living room have nice view of adjacent 3rd fairway of Quail Run golf course.
