The condo is located on the first floor and is only a 1 minute walk to the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. It has golf course view from the lanai and Quail Run is a public course that is 2 minutes down the block. The community is quiet, friendly has is off of any main streets where you can enjoy walking or biking. The condo is 10 min from Clam Pass Beach, 15 min to Mercato and 15 min to 5th Ave S.

Model home

Recently re-modeled and updated with new, modern style furniture & new mattresses, etc. Looked like a model home staged for a showing. We were one of the first renters and the few minor glitches and lacking items were remedied extremely promptly. Lanai is small but it and living room have nice view of adjacent 3rd fairway of Quail Run golf course.
