Enjoy your stay in our modern, cozy and centrally located apartment

Our one bedroom one bathroom condo is a perfect fit for groups of 1-3. Easy access to buses and short walk to 2 Sky train stations. Incredible restaurants, lounges, and cafes right outside the door. Walking distance to Rodgers Arena, BC Place, Telus World of Science, and False Creek Sea Wall as well as a short bus ride to Pacific Boulevard to access Vancouver's incredible beaches and Sea Wall: Sunset Beach, English Bay, and many more.

Stable, secure, and fast WIFI with a portable desk and dining room table that's perfect to work remotely from with great natural lighting and backgrounds for video meetings

We are a small and quiet building, please no parties and be mindful of noise in all pubic areas and in the apartment 11 pm- 8 am

No parking available in our building, but within there is a paid parking garage next door and lots of street parking

Chinatown is my favourite neighbourhood in Vancouver with incredible food, lounges, and an amazing mix of young entrepreneurs and multigenerational business that have existed forever.

What makes this property unique

Cozy and feminine representation of the eclectic vibes in Chinatown. The apartment itself is a beautiful mix of concrete, glass, and cabinetry, which can often feel cold and like a gallery. I've chosen to decorate with bright colours and textures to warm up the space and make it feel like an oasis where you can happily recharge. All of the art is by local artists, much of the antiques are from local stores and from my family collection.
