Our Stay in August

This was our first stay in a Vrbo type place. The Condo was very clean. Everything that was said in the description was true accept for the part about the view and plenty of parking. There really wasn't much of a view and we had to park down the block away from the Condo. Checking in was a bit of a hassle, in which we were asked what time we would be there to check in a couple days ahead of time, and we arrived at the time specified, but no one was there. So we contacted the owner through Vrbo and the whole relaying messages through them was a time consuming process. The owner said there was a family issue that caused the delay which I understand, but there was some information the owner said she provided to Vrbo that did not get put in the communications. We ended up going to dinner while waiting for the communications, which took 90 minutes. I hope that the communication gets worked out before the next visitors use it. It was centrally located and a lot of places to eat and grocery shopping. The appliances were new as well. A couple things that I would say that was needed that was not available. There is not much ventilation since the windows only opened a little bit and no AC, so some fans would be good. There were coffee cups but no coffee maker. Some more cooking utensils and baking sheets. After a day out and about, coming home to relax to a TV would have been nice. Would I stay here again? Yes I would if the changes I mentioned occurred.

Great little place

I had a great stay here! View from the flat was great, location was close to sky train, and host was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. It was very straightforward to get to downtown from here and there is a grocery store and multiple eateries nearby. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vancouver.
