Perfect spot!

This was an amazing stay for us. My daughter and I came to Vancouver to help my older daughter switch apartments. This place was conveniently placed near both apartments and so close to walk and get food and visit the beach. Loved the suite with the full fridge and kitchen was so stocked! The shower was amazing with great water pressure and my favorite fancy shampoo, conditioner and body wash? Davines! Yes please! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great travel experience. Building was quiet and super safe!

Don’t Do It

Cheap. The furniture is garage sale leftovers. Terrible, cheap furniture. The bed is beat up. No place to store your clothes. Just put your suitcase on the floor and open it. Be prepared to get wet with the shower. Because of the design it’s almost impossible to get in without getting wet before you’ve adjusted the water temperature. It’s a minor thing, but it’s a pain. The patio has bird poop all over it, and has not been swept in a while. They placed a noise machine and ear plugs on the nightstand. Honestly, it wasn’t that noisy, but if the owner puts those things in the room there must have been complaints. The area has a lot of small restaurants and a nice beach, but in the evening there are throngs of people everywhere. It’s sometimes difficult to make your way on the sidewalk. The beach is packed. If you enjoy being around lots of people you won’t mind. If you’re looking for someplace a little quieter look for a different location. The pictures of the surrounding area depicted on Vrbo are a joke. They must have been taken during the worst of the pandemic. Last, this place in no way deserves the kind of rate they’re charging. There are much better places. I partly fault myself for making the booking. If I had looked closer at the pictures I would have seen how cheap this place looks. Fool me once…
