The unit is very clean, in a great location, and the Host was very responsive. Air Conditioning is provided via portable air conditioning vented out open windows that do not have a screen. Lots of mosquitoes. Bathroom fan sounds like a jack hammer - fine if you turn it off. Parking spot is close to the elevator but the person that parks beside you has a huge pickup - fine if you have a small car.

Excellent location! Couldn’t ask for a closer place to Rogers Arena and downtown Vancouver. The host was very responsive answering all my questions and very accommodating. Professional management. Attaining the keys was initially stressful after reading other reviews but actually it was quite easy. Located in a small convenience store right across the street from the condo there is a lock box at the back of the store that is automated. There was a concierge service next door to the key pickup/drop off to drop off bags if you arrive before check in time. They only charge a small fee. Very convenient. Place was clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The pool and hot tub are also a great bonus! Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

Excellent location

The check in process was like a scavenger hunt. The parking stall waz for only a small car and the neighbor vehical was a large mini van. With the angle you can not park much in it. There is lots of parking across the street. That cost me 50$ for the day and over night. No air coditioning so has to open wi dows .. which let in lots of road noise. Was a terrible sleep. Check out required walking down 7 fights of stairs since elevator does not work without pod. I suggest making more of a check in list rather than paragraghs of reading.

Thoughts on our stay

I was in Vancouver for a conference at the convention center and wanted a place comfortable for my wife to relax while I was busy with my activities. She is VERY PICKY so she has more to say than I do and will be reflected in this review. First, it is a 20-25 minute walk to the convention center. It is an easy walk and I enjoyed the walk back and forth every day. The fridge, microwave and refrigerator were not as clean as they could have been. We arrived on a hot day and there was a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The hose from the unit was sticking out the window. Not really a problem but worth noting for this review. We only had it on one day in our mid June stay. It wasn’t needed the rest of the days, but definitely needed our first day. We had only two rolls of toilet paper. It was not a problem for us but we were a little concerned at the start of our stay. The process of getting our key and then getting into the room was cumbersome. We talked to other folks in the elevator as they were coming in and they were struggling with it all as well. Here are some of the challenges—getting the key out of the lock box across the street was a challenge because we were sent the email that explained how to do it months before we got there. And that email is very lacking on details of what the email actually pertains to. I had no idea what it was telling me when I got it and was completely out of my mind when trying to check in. I’m out of space so I’ll end.

Convenient and reasonably priced given its Vancouver and central. Host’s communication was excellent. Unit could use a deeper clean. Hair dryer only has 1 level for heat which is a bit weak. AC is portable units through open windows - I note the area is quite noisy so this really isn’t optimal with no fans available as an alternative option. The stay was far from unpleasant and if in need of a convenient, affordable option - would definitely stay again. In any case, really appreciated the hospitality and prompt communication. Thank you!

The pictures are accurate, it was very clean and communication was appreciated. Unfortunately, the property is beside a park with many homeless people. The neighborhood at night is not safe to walk around. The 2 air conditioners were not ideal. They were noisey and vent through open windows which added more noise. They also don't allow you to completely close the blinds.
