No need to buy soap, re-stock your coffee bar, or take out your trash when you stay at our "Pineapple House" :-)
Why they chose this property
We are centrally located and in the middle of it all but on a quiet tree-lined street (see photos for a view of our block). You can have the best of both worlds: a quiet residential getaway .....yet still close to the premier shopping areas in Cherry Creek, the nearby restaurants & bars on 17th St and Colfax, only a few blocks away from museums and parks (including the Botanic Garden), and a 10 min walk to/from the City Park Farmers Market.
What makes this property unique
1) Historic Victorian mansion with exceptional one-of-a-kind layout on 3 floors; A large living + dining room for lounging and gathering in the evenings And can sleep 6 adults comfortably in 3 separate bedrooms (each in a separate wing of the building for complete privacy = no shared walls!!).
