Villa de Palmeras - Heated Pool - Game Room - Beach

Leave your worries behind when you enter the Villa de Palmeras. Walk to beach, relax in the backyard pool oasis, score shots in the game room, and enjoy al-fresco dining on the screened-in porch. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but also within minutes of restaurants, groceries, and other conveniences.

There are two master suites, each with a king bed, ample storage, HD smart TV, and sitting area. The 1st floor master bedroom opens up to the pool, while the 2nd floor master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two sets of twin-on-full bunkbeds, a single futon, ample storage, and kid-friendly décor. The 1st floor master bedroom and bunkroom share a full bathroom.
When you want to unwind after a day at the beach, relax in the great room. Plentiful plush seating means a great seat for everyone. Browse the HD smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies.
With an open concept floor plan, the great room flows into the indoor dining area and kitchen. Lots of windows infuse the space with natural light. Cook to your heart’s content in the modern and spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cookware and utensils, and a complimentary coffee and tea station.
If you prefer to eat outdoors, the screened-in porch dining area is designed to seat 10 and let you eat with soft breezes and no bugs. A propane grill is available to cook outdoors, too.
Head to the game room to play foosball, table tennis, or pop-a-shot basketball. There are classic board and card games and even a poker set. Lounge on the couch and enjoy your favorite movies and sports on the HD smart TV. Kids and adults of all ages are sure to have a great time.
Outside, you’ll find the backyard of your dreams. Relax under the palm leaves by the private oversized heated pool. Deluxe sun loungers with shades ensure you get just the right amount of sun. Comfortable seating under the pergola gives you space to snack and converse.
Walk 15 minutes to the beach with the complimentary wagon, chairs, and umbrellas. Or drive 3 minutes and park directly on the beach. Grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants are just blocks away. St. Augustine’s historic downtown is a 20 minute drive, where you can meander through quaint pedestrian walkways with unique shops and eateries to experience the oldest city in the US.

Plenty of parking and within walking distance to the beach and delicious restaurants. Will need a car to go to the grocery store and historic downtown.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

No aggressive dog breeds allowed. You must pick up after your dog or you will be fined $500.

Dog(s) should be well-behaved, house-trained, under 30 lbs each, on leash when outside, no dog(s) on furniture, and dog(s) should not be left alone inside the house.

Pool can be heated for a one-time fee of $150. Please give at least 2 days' notice if you want the pool heated. It takes that long to heat up.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Out of consideration for our neighbors, please do not use the pool area during this time.
