About this property

Get away from the cold and enjoy this huge heated pool! Featuring 4 bed rooms with 3 full baths. 2 of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Fully stocked home that provides every detail to help you show up, hit the pool, beach, downtown, boat ramp, or simple sit and relax. Enjoy our coffee bar complete with coffee, tea, sugar, creamers etc.
Comfy furniture and large family dining room table. We are pet friendly and look forward to welcoming your 4 legged family members!

Live TV available for movies, news, sports, and kids programming. You are able to log into your app while staying with us. Plenty of parking for the family and friends and boat if you so desire.

The pool is completely screened in for protection from Florida's little pests with plenty of seating, toys; lots of sun. The back yard is fully fenced with privacy on all sides. This area is quiet and full of stars to view at night. Kayaks are provided along with life vests for use on the inlet (less than mile from home).

Game room has air hockey, other plenty of games for everyone to enjoy.

Washer and dryer, hair dryer, straightener, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, completely stocked kitchen with a smores maker, two kayaks you can use at the inlet down the block along with pool towels, goggles and floats all at your fingertips. Just show up with your bathing suit and we have you covered.

You are able to park 4+ cars comfortably and or a boat if you so desire.

Pack N Play and high chair available upon request.

St Augustine stay

House was lovely, clean and well stocked with things we might need. Enjoyed St Augustine and the beaches. Grandchildren loved the pool. You replied promptly to our issue with door knob. Just to let you know you might want to address that as it was loosening up the day before we left. Thanks so much for everything!!

Beautiful home

This is a very beautiful cozy home. It is in a easy location, has everything you would need. They supply stuff for a relaxing day at the beach, the pool was very relaxing if you can not make it to the beach. I care for my 83 yo father, it was easy for him to get around, it was easy for him to take walks around the neighborhood with his walker. Do not miss out on enjoying making beautiful memories with this home. The host was amazing and helpful.

Great place with all of the extras

The place is really nicely done on the inside, plenty of room, super clean and functional. The pool is fantastic. The best thing about this place is all of the little things. They actually have coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner. They have plenty of towels, beach stuff, coolers. This is a great place especially if you are coming in from out of state and may not have brought all of that stuff with you. The property manager is very responsive. Check in and out are super-easy. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway

This was a perfect getaway for 4 women! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was an absolute bonus! Theresa, the host was wonderful. We would definitely recommend!
