The Seascape encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Located just south of St. Augustine Beach in the small community of Butler Beach - The community is quiet, easy-going, and an ideal getaway for those who want to explore St. Augustine. The beach is only a 3-min walk to Sea Oats Lane beach access. The street directly south of the home, Palmetto Road has a public boat ramp to the intracoastal waterway, which would be great to head by water to Matanzas Inlet or Downtown St. Augustine (Always be mindful of the tides). Restaurants and bars located to the north and south of the home which are easily accessible by vehicle.

They had ample new dishes, dish soap salt pepper paper towel beach towels a beach cart travel shampoo ample towels they thought of everything so well prepared! I was able to tune out road noise , backyard is private and you are a short walk to beach just takes time to cross the road it’s busy .. recommend a little touch up paint but otherwise new clean fresh and well set up for a nice vacation! Nicely and comfortably furnished property with new everything! Thank you!

Best Bachelorette

The property was the perfect place to stay with my friends for my bachelorette! There was plenty of space and seating for everyone and the beds were pretty comfy. The closeness to st george street was a definite plus and the pool in the back was the perfect place to relax. Only downside was trying to get the payment method to work the day before checking in, but my fiance called the property manager and they were able to figure it out quickly and had my friends and I ready to go. Definitely will recommend this house :)
