Apartment across from Independence Hall

Overall a good location. Property was clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and pet friendly. Would recommend.

Great place

Excellent location and very clean. Walkable to everything from the liberty bell to city hall and then some. Parking next door.

Location is superb. The communications witb the owner and overall process to get in was great. Was a little surprised when we showed up 20 mins to 4pm that we were asked to wait until exactly 4pm - but maybe ours just happened to be last one cleaned. Room was a bit more worn down than the pictures but still nice. Was generally clean but a previous tenant must have been eating on the couch and there were some chunks of food left there when we first sat down. Could have used a couple pillows on the couch as well. Wasn’t so comfortable. Washer / dryer in the room a nice extra. Great building amenities with gym and common area. Both a bit more worn than pictures and the common area may also be reserved for private parties so no guarantee being able to use it. Does get noisy from neighboring units and properties. Must be known as they provided ear plugs in bedrooms.
