Great location! Just a few blocks walk to Reading Terminal Market, the convention center, the Historic District, and everything in Chinatown. Apartment was clean and modern. We felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property. Amazing location, walking distance to Septa, Reading Terminal Market, Fashion District, etc. Unit was very clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Host is very responsive. Check in was very easy. Will absolutely stay here again.

This condo was beautiful, immaculately clean, and surprisingly quiet. We felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. Its proximity to the convention center and downtown made it an ideal choice for a girls’ getaway.

This condo was amazing! Absolutely immaculate. Plenty of room, comfortable, and convenient. It only took a few minutes to walk to Reading terminal market. It is very secure and we felt very safe in the area. Check-in was a little rocky, because we didn’t understand that the door opened with the fob on the keychain. However, the host got back to us within minutes. She is wonderful! We will definitely be back next year.

The place was nice and pretty much clean. The only thing we discovered was the spout that the water via the fridge came from was gross. Upon further investigation we discovered there was a slimy/moldy substance in the spout. The lines definitely need to be cleaned. Also if you are a light sleeper - you can absolutely hear ppl in the hallways.

Everything about the property was excellent, except for the process of finding the keys to enter the apartment; there was no indication of where the lockbox was located, and the apartment number was hard to find. I arrived late yesterday, and if it hadn't been for a kind neighbor who explained things to me, I wouldn't have known what to do. Otherwise, I thought the apartment was excellent.

Sarai and this VRBO made our trip to Philly a wonderful one. The apartment was convenient to parking, downtown and NJ we could get wherever we wanted with ease. It was also situated in a safe neighborhood in China town within walking distance of the friendship arch and reading terminal market. It was a beautiful space and a very clean and comfortable. If there was any critique (and this is just me be nit picky ) it was just that the living room was a little short of seating for our evenings together in the apartment. We made it work and all piled in and around the floor, but if you’ll be spending a lot of time in the living room, you may have to get creative. But don’t let that keep you from staying in such an amazing VRBO. When we visit again we will 10/10 be checking availability here.

Perfect stay for our group: secure apartments and within walking distance to many historical sites and delicious restaurants to try. We walked to Reading Terminal every day for coffee, donuts, pretzels, and so much more. Sarai was a joy to work with, and if I ever had any questions, she was quick to respond. There is parking down Cherry Street to the east. Highly recommend for families, girl trips, you name it!

This was a great property. It was in the middle of China town 2 block from the convention center. I was at the convention center for an event and was very convenient. We enjoyed our time there.
