About this property

- The accommodation is articulate on a big 40m2 central room with a concrete floor and comfortable carpet.

- You will find a large kitchen space fully equipped and on the other side a cosy sofa lounge area.

- You will have access to a mounted beamer with a large cinema screen and a hifi sound system.

- You will find on a side of main room a solid and cozy mezzanine with a large hand made Futon with a TV access who's connected to Googlecast.

- In the bathroom all equipped you will find a spacious Italian shower.

- On the side of the main room you will find a private garden of 45m2 with two massives trees. You can organise barbecue during the summer ( winters are cold here :) ). The location is very calm because is located in a second court yard, you feel disconnected with the city (you can't hear cars).

A very cute and tender cat is living there, Minouchka (his name) will stay with you for extra cuddling. Be aware if you have cat allergies !

The flat have been full renovated 3 years ago and the neighbourhood is really cool with plenty of bars, coffees and restaurants.
