A kayaker or outdoor enthusiast’s haven! Closest rental near the Narrows and the Big Hungry Gorge! Completely private and regularly utilized by visiting recording artists at the nearby Sedgwick Studios (and decked out accordingly). The cabin borders the 12,000 acre Green River Reserve. This is a completely secluded property with a lake, bass ponds, trout streams and breathtaking hiking trails with majestic waterfalls. It comfortably sleeps 6-8, but can be stretched to 10. The BandHouse is available during non-recording periods for rentals.

A perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds, we're the closest rentable property to the Narrows, a popular white water kayaking spot on the Green River, as well as the Pulliam Creek Trailhead. Just down the road from the cabin is the Big Hungry River and Gorge, which is a great spot for hiking and cooling off in the crystal clear water in the warm seasons. There are also trails, lakes, ponds and streams within a short walking distance from the cabin.

The Bandhouse is regularly utilized by visiting recording artists at the nearby Sedgwick Studios. Notable artists such as Artemis Pyle of Lynyrd Skynyrd, John McVey, Amanda Platt of Amanda Anne Platt & The Honeycutters
Band, members of Widespread Panic and Tears for Fears as well as many many local acts, have stayed in this space!

The BandHouse is used for artist lodging during periods of recording at the near-by Sedgwick Studios.
