Easy check in process. Good communication with host. Clean. Quiet area. Short walk to pool and with a little effort, access to the Mikkelson bike trail. Only one hiccup: oven did not work.

Great house!

This was a great house to stay at for our family snowmobile trip. There was enough parking for two pickups and trailers. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I had a couple of questions and Tracy was easy to get a hold of and responded in a timely matter. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home

This house was absolutely perfect! We were only there for three days, but ended up canceling our plans on day two just to stay in and enjoy all the amazing amenities. The home was spotless, incredibly well-stocked—literally everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there! We loved how open and spacious it was; it gave us the chance to just relax and enjoy time together as a family in a space that fit all of us comfortably. Hands down the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay @ CozyT. The neighborhood is perfectly situated, not too far from restaurants and shopping yet isolated enough for some R&R. House is walkable to the pool and clubhouse. No gym but house has some free weights available. Inside feels very spacious and clean! Ample bedding and towels. Kitchen has everything you need. This was the most well stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed in actually, extra toiletries, laundry pods, bikes and even a solo stove for roasting marshmallows. Don’t hesitate to book this one!!

Absolutely prefect stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this home during our family & friend SXS trip. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was outstanding—welcoming, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.The house itself was perfect for our group—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could ask for. The kids loved the games and activities inside the home, which made our downtime enjoyable as well.The location couldn’t have been better—easy access to the trails made it so convenient to hop in the SXS and go. We had three trailers and 3 SXS machines that fit with room to spare in the garage and driveway. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better setup. We’ll absolutely be back! Highly recommend!
