Welcome to Unit 322 at Cape Roc, 1 bedroom 1 bath Condo
Located at The Cape Roc Condo in the sought after Poverty Beach section of Cape May. Unit 322 is on the top floor with water views from the bedroom, recent updates include new flooring, new ceiling fans and window treatments, upgraded lighting, painted in 2024. Wifi included, 2 new smart tvs can be used for streaming services.
Sleeping accommodations consist of (1) Queen bed and a combo day bed and one trundle in the bedroom and one (1) Queen sleeper sofa in living room comfortably accomodating 5 guests.
Walk to the beach a half block away. Park your car and bring your bike. (2) beach tags and 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are supplied for tenant use. Please NOTE: If beach tags are lost there will be a $200 charge per tag to replace. Shops, dining, boardwalk are all a short walk or bike ride away.
Full kitchen with full-size dishwasher and Kuerig and Drip coffee makers. Heated pool and BBQ grills on expansive patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables. Free off-street parking and bike rack. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES DO VARY. Please check your lease for your check-in time.
