This home has a bright open living area with large windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to a large wrap around porch, perfect for some rest and relaxation. If you’re looking to enjoy more of the outdoor recreation you are in luck! The Eidelweiss Village ponds are just down the street from this property so don't forget your bathing suits! Maybe you are in more of a shopping mood? Perfect, North Conway is only about a 10 minute drive from this home!

Another great vacation in the books!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lanzi is one of our favorite houses to stay at. There's room for everyone and the house is always clean and fully equip in the kitchen and around the rest of the house! Little glitch with the wifi this year but we managed and I made the management know.

Family Vacation - Labor Day 2015

Property is very well situated in the woods and close to beach...very easy to get to from 495 North. Home is very attractive looking. Property is very roomy for a large family of 10, with extra room to spare. Home is very well equipped with necessities, TV's, VCR, Radios, clocks in every room in the house and also other types of family entertainments. Only draw back or turn off to me was the trash situation you need to recycle, but was not given any containers to do it, and having to go to the city dump to bring your trash at the end of stay. I think it should be part of the cleaning fee? Also, property was not clean recently meaning dusted and vacuum. Otherwise my family did enjoy the environment and family friendly beach. Home is also very close to stores, and other attractions to do with family. I would recommend and would consider renting again.

Great Location

What was great about this place was that it was large enough to accommodate our family of nine and we were able to bring our dogs. The location couldn’t have been better with the beach for swimming within walking distance and only a 15 min drive to N Conway. Check in was a breeze and communicating with Select Realty who manage the property was great! The only downside was the cleanliness of the home. The BBQ grill was dirty and the grill brush had no metal left to scrub it. We wound up getting one to clean the grill and left if for future guests. The other issue we had was that in the master bedroom the ceiling fan had lots of dust on the fan blades, which given that there was no AC we had to use the fan. In general, the home could have used a good dusting. Overall we were pleased with the rental and throughly enjoyed our stay!

Lanza property

House wasn’t very clean—appliances were “sticky” -large stain on the rug -very dusty and the closets were overpacked. There were cobwebs on the outside light fixtures It felt like we walked into someone’s house that they had just left but forgot to clean. Lots of upgrades needed— such as the curtain rod attachments were broken-the window handles didnt work-the vacuum smelled so bad we couldn’t use it. (There were 3 others in the lower level) the sink faucets are so worn-the batteries in every remote were dead-easy fixes that could be done inexpensively. With that being said, the price was lower than other close choices. The pond was in walking distance and was very refreshing. The weather was hot all week and the house was not air conditioned. The location is close to lots of things but secluded enough to be quiet. The deck was large and roomy enough to cook on and eat on. There are TVs in all rooms but there should be directions how to use them and turn them on. Small things that matter. Not sure if we would stay here again.

Disappointed with the minor details

Initial impression was disappointing as I walked up to the entrance and the screen door was off and lying on the deck behind the grill. First thing I noticed upon entering the property was the very outdated appliances. I don’t think this was clear in the pictures when I reserved the house. The lock on another door was broken and couldn’t be opened from the outside as the key would just spin in the lock. These may be minor details, but make for an overall impression that is less than ideal. Pros - property was very clean and overall functional.

The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, but was also close to all our planned destinations. We were only 10-25 minutes from everything we wanted to do - Madison Boulder, Hiking in the mountains, outlet and ski shopping in North Conway. Very accessible, but quiet and off the main road. Would stay again.The home is older and wasn't spotless, but everything important was clean. Seemed reasonable for this kind of vacation home. Select Realty Staff were very helpful and accommodating regarding key pick up.
