Thank you for your review Jessica! We are so happy you enjoyed and would love to host you again!
Beautiful home and property and conveniently located to everything. Outside trash was full and on trash day they only took one trash bin. Maybe clearer instructions on recycling/trash would help the next guests. Other than that the home is lovely and beds/pillows perfect! Thank you very much for a lovely stay!

Hi Anna! We are so glad you enjoyed - thank you for that helpful feedback, we will ensure we get that issue addressed!
The kitchen was well appointed. The appliances were modern and in perfect working order. It was well decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well even upstairs. Considering it was 97 degrees on multiple days. Overall, a great vacation. Nice location. Close to the farmers market. Try the crab cakes.
Cleaning left much to be desired but it’s a Great amount of space and quiet considering the main road. Curtains were great for mornings sleeping in or early lights out. Everything you need in the kitchen (watch out for expired spices or pantry items though!) Tea and coffee were years past expiry. But the space in general was wonderful and comfortable for a family of 5. Amenities were great, wish we had more time to enjoy but overall great for our sons graduation weekend.

Thank you for your review Mario! We will take these items into consideration to better accommodate our guests. Glad you got to enjoyed your son's graduation weekend - hope to have you back sometime!
The biggest problem with this rental was how hot it was. The air was set on 78 and that is absolutely miserable. We had made contact with the owner about an issue with not being able to find an iron. They were very rude. I didn't reach out to them about how hot it was because of this encounter. It also needed a good cleaning. We checked out a day early because it was miserably hot. Won't be back. Kindness when dealing with customers goes a long way.

Cynthia, I would like to start off by saying I, as the property manager, was overly communicative with you and you never went more than 10 minutes without a response from me. Not one time were any of my responses "rude" - seeing as all of our communication was through the VRBO chat box there is a perfect record of my responses.
You first messaged me accusing me of not sending your check-in procedures which I responded to immediately and forwarded my previously sent email to you. You then messaged me asking where the iron was located - I responded within minutes letting you know certain locations to check as between guests, cleaners, and personnel things can get moved around. I know the iron was in the home as the previous guest told me they used it. You then demanded I bring over an iron immediately or send someone over to look for it. I let you know that we did not have anyone available right that second but I would resolve the issue for you in no longer than 24 hours as this is the policy VRBO has in place for us for reasonable response time.
You then decided to message me condescending nasty messages back to back, at one point sending the same message 4 times in a row in a matter of 10 seconds without giving me the chance to respond. I have never been talked to in such a disrespectful manner by a guest in my entire career as a property manager. You demanded I DoorDash you an iron so that is what I did and you had one delivered to the door within an hour from your first message letting me know you could not locate it. You then completely changed your tone once it arrived at the door.
I would have been more than happy to work with you on the issue of the temperature, I am sure it was an easy adjustment that could have been made to make you more comfortable. There was not one message from me that was "rude" or ever gave you the impression that I would not address an issue if needed. It seems as though you had an overwhelming desire to give a nasty review no matter what I did to accommodate you. You were already added to our do not rent list after the encounter. Thanks.
This is a great property in Beaufort and we enjoyed our time here. This is an older house, which is very charming, but I also feel it could be better with a deep cleaning and a few things touched up/attended to around the house. The communication was slow, but generally responsive. Also the house is on a busy street, which wasn't a problem for us except when exiting the property, it could be challenging at times. Also, when it was really hot the ac struggled in the upstairs, which is where all the bedrooms are. Thankfully, it cooled off enough at night, that the upstairs cooled down too. I'm sure this is the nature of older homes like this, but just something to keep in mind. All of that aside, we did enjoy our time here and liked that the house was removed a bit from the busier downtown area.

Hi Scott! Thank you for the review, we will note these mindful suggestions. We are happy to hear you overall enjoyed your time with us and we would be happy to have you back!
We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location was close to shops, restaurants, and the Marine base, making it convenient for everything we needed. The home was thoughtfully designed, spacious, clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable (pillows were next-level!), ensuring a great night’s sleep, and everything felt well cared for and easy to use. Ashley was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return! Thank you!
This is a beautiful historic home that is located close to the bay with entertainment & restaurants nearby. The house was well maintained and easy to find. We have top notch communication with property mgmt as well.
Very beautiful and pleasant stay. Everything was as stated and more. Great location near downtown Beaufort. Our son graduated from the Marines, so it was both significant and memorable. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
The house was well equipped and homey. Beds were comfy. Appliances were new and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this home again. Beaufort was a delight.
Good property. Property actually had more amenities than advertised. Had blow dryers, shampoo, soap, etc.. Road noise was loud in front bed room, but generally ok. Good property, would stay here again.
