GREAT FOR FAMILY AND FRIEND FLOATS!
Whether you're a fan of summer floats on the Buffalo River or looking for a quiet winter getaway, we have the cabin for you!
**HOT TUB on the covered porch**
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin includes its own laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Inside:
Large kitchen hosts a wrap-around countertop and bar seating
The antique built-in hutch provides ample storage for pantry items and staples
The kitchen includes full size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster and coffee pot along with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, serving utensils, dishes and pots/pans
The living room boasts a large sofa with live edge coffee table and two lounge chairs.

*NEW* Electric “Real Flame wood burning stove” with crackling sounds and adjustable heat creates a safe and warm atmosphere.
The three private bedrooms are directly off the living room.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, side tables, armoire, sitting chair and wall mounted Roku tv.
Bedroom two has a built-in twin-size bunk bed plus full-size futon, dresser, small tv, dvd player with games and movies.
Bedroom three has an antique metal frame full size bed with chair and dresser.
This cabin shares a common wall with our 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin. There is a lockable adjoining door between the two cabins.
Stroll outside to the large covered porch and enjoy the unique “swing” sitting area.
The porch includes a HOT TUB, propane grill*, 6 person dining table and lounging area with coffee table.
Step off the back porch onto the new open air fire pit with sitting area and picnic table.
Enjoy the view down the ridge facing east toward the Buffalo National Forest.
We have a large green space behind the house with a view to the forest – feel free to use our custom make corn hole set or challenge each other to a game of disc golf.

You're within an hour and a half of so many hikes including some of our favorites in Arkansas like the Centerpoint Trail to Hemmed-in-Hollow or Big Bluff.
