Also has 4 extra nice queen self inflatable air mattress for overflow. Enjoy the pool with heat option while entertaining in the pool room or play corn hole and sit out pool side on the patio furniture at sunset. Do some grilling and chillin with the massive fire pit. Store your boat in the oversize garage or park your RV with 50 amp hookup if needed. Enjoy a short walk to the beach and down to the pier or jetties for fishing or surfing. This is a great property to stay at for large families or large groups. Everything was as advertised! Plenty of common area room & plenty of rooms with comfortable bedding. Lots of ways to spend your time relaxing here. Best of all, the host of this property is extremely accommodating & great to work with... we'll definitely be back with the next large gathering!

WOW, just WOW! The host did an amazing job with quick responses and great communication. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having an incredible experience, and it truly shows!The house was fully stocked with amenities, toiletries, and snacks. The space was incredibly open and comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach! I was able to walk there multiple times throughout my stay, and my puppy loved every second of it.My guests had such a great time, and we’ll be raving about this stay for a long time. If you’re thinking about booking here, just DO IT!!! It was a wonderful stay!!!

Phenomenal Spot for Wedding

Perry is fantastic - the best Vrbo owner I have interacted with us. When we were looking for intimate locations to host our wedding, he went out of his way to give us a tour and worked with us while planning for our day! The property is so nice and very clean - the rooms are cozy and welcoming! The pool and backyard spaces are perfect for weddings or family vacations and we will be back soon!

We had a great time at this property! Even though the AC went out on our day of arrival, the host was very accommodating and had it fixed the next day. Perfect rental for families with kids, if you have all adults, I recommend no more than 12.

We had a big group stay for spring break and it was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of room and the property manager was so responsive and helpful. He left out little snacks for us and we had a ball. We were also so close to the beach so it was an easy walk! 10/10 recommend!!

Great for Big Groups!

This house is perfect for a multi family or large group vacation. They have everything…dishes, spices, pool toys, fire pit, 3 refrigerators, TV’s everywhere, the list goes on! The owner is very responsive to questions and handled the one issue we had right away. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be renting this one again for future trips!

All was so beautiful except the bunk bed room was hot even the air was adjusted at the bottom. But lovely and spacious and pool with landscaping and everything else awesome.

House was clean. I would recommend bringing extra paper products like paper towels and toilet paper. Shower dispensers were empty so be prepared to bring your own. Kitchen was fully equipped but could use measuring cups and spoons. Contact with owner was great! Got responses pretty quick. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing house for large groups

Our large family of 17 stayed for a week in this beautiful home. There were 8 adults and 9 kids — ranging from 4 - 17. Plenty of space for everyone. Everything was supplied. Lots of bath towels and pool towels. Enjoyed our lovely vacation in Port A.

Family vacay

We really loved our stay. We had a big group of people and it never once felt crowded. That’s how big and spacious the area is. They had everything you ever needed which was a big help. The communication with the host was great. He always responded quickly. We’ve been to plenty Airbnb’s, and this is by far the best one. Will definitely be coming back again

Hello, my name is Perry I grew up in this house and was blessed of being raised on the island doing the fishing and beach life. After graduating on the island I went to the Marine Corps and retired after 21yrs. I still have a very rooted connection with the island and all the wonderful people on it.

We love spending time here relaxing in the pool, fun on the beach, fishing, or just socializing and eating in the many local establishments. Even though we live off the island now, I am available to answer any questions you may have and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

My mother Mary Jane spent over 30yrs fishing offshore on the island and went by AnglerJane on the docks. (Or “Cuda Jane” if you ask John) She always wore a gold Marlin necklaces and that is the short version on how the name Marlin Jane came about.

I am excited that you get to be part of all the enjoyments that the island has to offer and honored that Marlin Jane's Beach House will be part of creating many wonderful memories.
