As an exclusive guest to our condo you have full access to enjoy the three large swimming pools and a hot tub. There is a full snack and drink bar exclusively for the condo guests that offers special daily drinks and light foods for a modest cost. Very convenient and very friendly staff are always happy to see you when that cocktail or hamburger is calling your name.

Our 3500 square foot penthouse suite is located in the desired tower 1 with nothing but unobstructed and beautiful views of the bay. Glance all the way to La cruze, Bucerias, Puerto Vallarta and Mismaloya all from the two balconies our suite offers. Imagine waking up to the low crashing of waves and sipping your coffee while looking out at Dolphins jumping and Humpback whales. For those that like to take that nice quiet morning walk or jog we have one of the longest and most beautiful beaches right at your doorstep.

Our condo consists of four bedrooms all with personal bathrooms including showers, (two rooms with jacuzzi tubs) king size beds, full closets, all rooms with separate air conditioning and beautiful ocean views.

The kitchen is equipped with full granite countertops, electric cooktop stove, wall oven, microwave, full pantry, dishwasher and filtered fridge. The living room has a large dining table to accommodate you and your family as well as a full L-shaped couch with 60” screen tv.

On our balcony we have a propane BBQ, full high-top table and chairs, Lounge chairs and outdoor couch and seats for your enjoyment. If you are bringing your own vehicle, we have an allocated parking space located at the base of the elevator for quick and easy coming and goings.
