The home does have an outdoor security camera and an inside noise/crowd-gathering sensor. 25+ age minimum with adult to teen ratio in place. Exterior cameras, doorbell, side and backyard
○ 25+ primary guest age minimum with no greater than of 3 teens to 1 adult. Host conducts background screening, requires online check in, and signing of rental agreement.
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
○ Guest agree to hold harmless the host and owner for any claim known or unknown arising from or associated with their stay and further understand that host and owner are not responsible for any disputes, loss, damages or injuries associated with the property or guests during or after guests' visit.
