Hang out on the balcony high above the Brazos while looking out at the Palo Pinto Mountains. Enjoy the pool and hot tub with barbecue grill and the stairs down to the river. Kayak or canoe on one of Texas' most scenic rivers along a stretch written about in John Graves' "Goodbye to a River." Wake up on a bed floating above the morning fog and witness Bald Eagles, wildlife of all kinds and sunrises and sunsets you will never forget. The Fire Lookout is part of Rancho Buenas Noches, with several other breathtaking habitations for all who appreciate this amazing place.
