The Saco Suite was the perfect home base for our mother daughter trip to Maine. Nick and Kayla were super responsive and fantastic hosts. We were walking distance to downtown Saco for exploring and a 10 minute drive to the beach! The house had everything we needed and then some(loved the coffee bar!). We were comfortable and cozy. We plan on returning to the east coast for another trip and would definitely rent again!

We were very happy with our stay at this home close to downtown Saco. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfectly located near Old Orchard Beach and other local attractions which are just a short drive or Uber ride away.Nick and Kayla were prompt to answer questions and very welcoming. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others.

What a perfectly lovely weekend home. I even milked a rainy day and enjoyed staying in. Just the right amount of space; larger than we expected from the listing. Thoughtfully curated furnishings and decor, plentiful coffee bar, spacious laundry area (which for some reason I always love when staying away from home?!). Perfectly located from downtown Saco (walkable) and Biddeford, a quick drive to downtown Portland - just charming. They've done a delightful job of making the most hospitable space, and they made sure this was the case by reaching out shortly after we checked in (seemlessly). We look forward to another visit - thank you!!

Adorable house

Great place to stay while in town for a family graduation. Great location and great communication with the hosts! All the provided extras (coffee bar, laundry supplies and tons of towels) made our stay very enjoyable!

Perfect stay

The property was exactly as advertised, and it was a perfect two night stay for us on a road trip up the Maine coast with our dogs. The location was perfect to explore Portland, Saco, Biddeford, and Kennebunkport. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in future!

Cute Comfy Convenient

My stay was very enjoyable. I had all the amentities needed and was able to bring my pet along! The location is also very convenient to food, shopping, and beaches. The hosts communicated everything I needed to know and very responsive. Will book again with Nick and Kayla at any of their properties!

Super cute, clean, and well-appointed apartment in the back of the house. Kitchen, Living room downstairs and bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Minisplit downstairs and electric heaters upstairs kept us cozy, Two TVs equipped with Roku made entertainment a breeze. Hot water and unscented bathroom products were delightful, lots of hot water and water pressure. Authentic Maine experience with easy food delivery and access to shops and entertainment in Biddeford and Saco.

Exactly as posted - clean and great a couple to stay in. The shower is small and the stairs have a low head clearance, so folks with mobility issues should likely not book this place. Furniture is modern and nice. Bed was comfortable. Hosts answered a question I had promptly and were friendly in communications. Saco Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property in Saco. Everything was as advertised. The property was neat and clean. The owners thought of everything. Lots of sundry items as may be needed while away from home. Communication with the owners was excellent! They were very responsive and timely. Check in and check out was a very easy process. Thhere are coffee shops and restaurants, and market all walking distance from the house. Thank you, Mark
