Mod Lodge welcomes you and has all you want from a vacation rental so no need to look further...Located on the creek, convenience of ground level, walking distance to Main Street (shops & restaurants), unique modern & stylish amenities & pool/hottub! Personal touches & flexibility due to owner management too! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is ideal and most comfortably suited for 4 adults or families of 5.

This bright ground-level unit has been totally remodeled! Floors updated Spring 2023. Come stay in our unique 'mountain mod' lodge with 3 flat screen tv's located on the creek-within easy walk to Frisco's Main Street! Wi Fi is included in the unit. Park right outside the door (no garage, uncovered, unlimited parking) and walk 10 feet to the unit! Laundry for building (coin or app) is down the hall.

Locally made lavender soaps in the bathrooms! Make packing easy and leave the necessities at home as you will find shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion, sunscreen, hairdryers. Let us know what you need and we will do our best to get it!


Master bedroom has a platform queen bed with down comforter, flat screen tv and DVD and unique aspen mural on the wall--feel like you are sleeping in an aspen grove in the middle of fall! Hang your hat on our faux antlers! Master bedroom has attached private bath with a sliding barndoor entrance, reclaimed wood from Leadville, walk in subway tile shower with marble accents and glass shower doors.

2nd bedroom has queen bed with down comforter, flat screen tv and DVD player. There is also a full sized loft bed perfect for 1-2 children or 1 adult (must climb ladder). We DO NOT recommend 4 adults sleeping in this room - it is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Xbox with games available in this bedroom too! 2nd bathroom has walk in shower tastefully decorated with white subway tile with marble accents and glass shower doors as well.

Pack N Play available for infants/toddlers. Couch does not pull-out. No bathtubs.

Modern kitchen, marble backsplash, with all stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything (spices, condiments, baking supplies) needed to cook (if you want to!). Coffee maker is drip- standard filters provided. Waffle maker, popcorn popper, quesadilla maker, small crock pot, bread machine, et cetera. Bar seats 2.

Living rooom has a beautifully unique midncentury modern dining table and sits 4. Flat Screened 46 inch TV, fire stick, DVD -Blueray player (and plenty of movies/games/art supplies/books to use too!). Antique Mid-century Eames lounger to relax in & read a book! There is a wood burning fire place to snuggle up by and make smores-(a necessity for our family every night we are here!) with deck full of firewood for use!

Sliding glass doors open to deck-which is on the creek! Sit outside, enjoy your coffee and the mountain views--all while listening to the creek rush by! Parents of small children, there is a safety gate :) Outdoor patio has patio furniture, lighting and grill! The deck is a great place to store your gear!

Make a memory by taking a midnight snowshoe hike on a full moon night by using the 5 pairs of snow shoes available for use (3 adult, 2 child). In the summer, visit the beach at the marina- sand toys included for kids.

Shared indoor hot tub, heated pool, sauna located in the clubhouse open Tuesday 10am- Saturday 10pm (closed Sunday and Monday). Shared coin operated laundry. Two bikes to use!

Easy walk to Main Street Frisco! Shops, restaurants all within half of a mile- ie. Tavern West is the closest establishments for dining/beverages. For a more strenuous hike, Mt. Royal is right at your doorstep! See beautiful views of Copper Canyon or the Frisco Marina from up above! If you like to bike, head to Copper-only 6 miles up hill or Dillon-7 miles over the Dillon Dam Rd. Breckenridge is only 12 miles down Hwy 9. Vail is only 23 miles West on I-70.

World class skiing is close by and free transportation to all Summit County locations with the Summit Stage! Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Loveland, Breckenridge...to name just a few! This is a PERFECT location for families with teens, young adults or 2 couples as with the Summit Stage, you can all go your own directions FOR FREE (within Summit County -Vail is Eagle County) without all needing a car!
