----TWO HIGH DEFINITION FLAT PANEL TV's....one in the bedroom, one in the living area, both are high def TV's. We get most of the big channels for sports and news.....CNN, ESPN, ABC, NBC, FOX, etc.

This apartment is attached to our single family home, hence our limitation of only allowing two people to enjoy our shared driveway and to keep our neighbors happy. You have your own private entrance and plenty of parking for two cars directly outside the access door to the apartment. You do need to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but all single level living once you are in there. Nicely appointed kitchen (although NO dishwasher!) will positively work for some nice meals. We respectfully request that you treat our beautiful home as you would your own. This home is located in a terrific neighborhood with full-time residents nearby. Our property is a no-smoking, no shoe, no pet, non-party atmosphere. Primary renter/tenant must be at least 30 years of age and must stay at the property. Maximum of two guests in the property at any time. No shoes, no smoking, no pets. If you do not like these rules, PLEASE do not rent our home.

Minimum 4 Night Stays are required year round. We do not want nor need the hassle of frequent turnovers. We are interested in finding people who wish to return year after year, or month after month....and longer stays are welcome for respectful tenants (no lodging tax if you stay more than 30 days). You are guaranteed to love our location and the peace and tranquility of NOT being in a condo complex! A truly relaxing and quiet property.

During most of the year, my wife and I live here on our own, and our separate entry, kitchen, bedroom, and most of our living space is at the complete opposite end of the house, so you would rarely see us or hear us. You might see us in the driveway, and we are always happy to help with your questions about the area. For the sake of our neighbors, and much like any one bedroom property you would find in-town Frisco, we do ask for you to honor quiet hours from 11pm - 7am every day of the week. One of the great things about this property.....we are NOT a condo! Enjoy a real home in a very private and quiet neighborhood just two blocks to Main Street!! You will want to come back!
