There is a free Summit Stage Shuttle Bus 2 blocks away that goes to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, and all over Frisco and Summit County. The house is perfectly situated for easy access to great skiing, mountain biking, hiking, boating on Lake Dillon, breweries, and more. Vail and Beaver Creek are easily accessible as well.

The best part about this house besides the location and the spectacular living area with soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fireplaces in each room, is the large private bedrooms and bathrooms for the entire family or group. No need to share space or be on top of each other. This stunning home in Frisco has incredible architectural appeal with exposed wood beams, beautiful natural lighting, and a modern mountain feel. When it snows, our renters describe it as feeling as if you are in a snow globe - a delightful experience for all. The house is equipped with two master suites featuring king-size beds, private bathrooms featuring large bathtubs, beautiful showers, and 2 sinks each. The 2 large living rooms enable you to spread out. With 3 outside decks, a built-in firepit and hot tub as well as a cedar sauna, the home offers activities and relaxation for everyone.

MAIN LEVEL: The living room is equipped with an oversized, brand-new reclining sofa, a large flat-screen TV, tons of games for all ages, a gorgeous gas fireplace, and a conveniently located half bath. The gigantic kitchen is equally impressive, with an open floor plan perfect for entertaining with a built-in high-top bar area, endless quartz counters for preparing large meals, brand new top-of-the-line appliances, and a lovely dining table that comfortably seats eight and can even squeeze 10. The first beautiful outside deck sits off the main living room just steps from the dining area with incredible mountain views and a large table to sip your coffee or enjoy summer meals. A second deck is accessible from the kitchen and gives you access to the fire pit, outdoor sitting area, and hot tub. There is one Master Suite on the main level with a King bed, gas fireplace, large dual sink bathroom, large shower and bathtub, and an additional deck providing walk-out access to the hot tub. The laundry room is also on the main floor and features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

TOP LEVEL: The second master suite boasts a California King, a large walk-in shower, and a jetted tub as well as a cedar sauna and gas fireplace. The suite also has a private deck with views of Mt. Royal. The second room on this level also has a King bed with a sitting area as well as a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

BOTTOM LEVEL: The second living room features an oversized reclining sofa that is perfect for watching movies, playing the Wii, and enjoying the stone fireplace. The bedrooms on this level are equipped with a bunk bed with a queen bed below, a twin xl bed above, a second twin bed, and another private room with a queen bed. There is one bathroom with a shower on this level that is accessible to all.

AMENITIES: You’ll find all the upscale amenities you’d expect in a home of this quality, including heated sidewalks, radiant heating throughout the home for warm floors, a fully stocked kitchen, a long private driveway with plenty of parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, plenty of linens, towels, and toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, including the hot tub. These are all real beds, no pull-outs, and nice comfortable mattresses. This home is great for kids too -- pack-and-play and child gates are provided.

LOCATION: We are just 2 blocks from the restaurant Frisco Prime. Everything in town is within walking distance or you can take the shuttle, just a 2 block five-minute walk from the house to nearby ski resorts and towns of your choosing. There is an amazing bike trail behind our house that goes to both Breckenridge and Copper. Great restaurants and hiking in town are just a 2-minute walk away. The walk to Lake Dillon & Frisco Marina is about 10 minutes. There is easy access to the Adventure Park, Nordic Center, and Breckenridge Recreation Center. Lots of activities for the family.

Great location and layout
This was a perfect place for our two families. Loved the two masters, one on main level, the other on the top floor. our teens had the downstairs to themselves where there were video games. Beautiful window views. The hot tub was hot, nothing was broken, the host easy to reach, etc these are the little things that make a difference. Another big plus was the location, it is a couple blocks from the ski shuttle and restaurants. Some of us were on epic ski pass and some Ikon so this home was a great base to get to multiple resorts.

Peaceful home away from home
The home was beautiful. It had many amenities with large rooms, convenient bathrooms, large kitchen and great room, wonderful hot tub and sauna, and close proximity to shuttles to Copper where we skied!

Frisco Retreat
This house was simply perfect for our family, with a bedroom for all of our kids and grandkids to have a private retreat. And we all were so impressed by the amount of "stocking" not only in the kitchen, but also in the bathrooms! We brought along a lot of stuff that we didn't need!! It was so beautiful here at this time of year, and we all want to come back again! We were impressed with how clean the house was and we loved the close location to Main Street, as we walked there multiple times on our trip! Loved this house!

Excellently situated between the mountains and downtown Frisco
The location was close enough for adults and kids to walk downtown and easier enough to start biking up Vail pass from the house. Sunny house, kitchen stocked with many supplies. Many porches to spend time outside. Ample parking. We had a great time!

Hello! I'm Ally and my husband and I live in Denver. This home is located in our favorite spot in Summit County because we can easily access all of the ski resorts and there is great biking and hiking near Frisco and the Dillon Reservoir. We love to ski and snowboard in the winter and love to bike and hike in the summer.

Why they chose this property

This home is nestled in the mountains and is one of the most beautiful properties in Frisco with privacy and beautiful views of gorgeous peaks from every direction. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and we chose the wonderful town of Frisco because we have so many activity options each day to choose from.

What makes this property unique

Shuttle just a few minutes away. Hiking trails are only a few blocks away. Main street has wonderful restaurants and gorgeous views. Everything you could want to do is walking distance from the home. The home has a lot of privacy and a big backyard that is fenced in and offers a great experience for an extended family.
