Welcome to our newly renovated historic home in Redding. This fully furnished home once housed the workers who built Shasta Dam before it was relocated to its current location. Settle in and enjoy the two cozy bedrooms with ample soft bedding. The shiny tile bathroom has a shower/tub combo and plenty of fluffy towels. The bright and airy kitchen is the focal point of the home boasting everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals. An in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi and smart TVs are also nice amenities. The fully fenced backyard offers outdoor enjoyment where you can bbq or relax by the gas fire pit. This home offers plenty of parking in this quiet neighborhood. The location is conveniently located within a mile to all the hospitals, and a short trip to downtown restaurants, bars, the Cascade Theater and the Sacramento River Trail.
