Aventura Yacht Club is very nice location in Florida. We highly recommend this club for families.

The property manager prepared all credentials before we arrive. Besides, the condo was well cleaned and ready. We liked the bad which was good for nice sleeping.

The apartment was very nice. We have stayed in many apartments at the Yacht Club. This one was not the fanciest or the most well equipped but it was clean, comfortable and convenient. We would stay here again.

Just like home

Staying at this property is like being at home. Just bring sunscreen and clothes - the unit has everything else you need to live in a home away from home. Lots of towels, sheets, cooking supplies. Nice dining and living room area. Bathroom is completely renovated (not all rental units in this complex can boast this). Washer/dryer are in great condition (again, not all units in the complex can boast this). But the most valued asset in staying here is the owner of the unit. When you rent this unit or any of Diego’s 3 units, you have the advantage of dealing directly with an owner, not a rental agent. Thank you, Diego, for providing the attention and comfort that resulted in us having such a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back!

wonderful time and place

There is nothing that we can say that would truly define the condo and the attentiveness of the owner. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The unit was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. From the beach chairs to the bed sheets, this is a class A unit.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Aventura Yacht Club. The condo was clean and comfortable just as the pictures showed. Diego was very quick with a response if you needed. I did realize after a few days, that the property doesn't have recycling. I was bummed about that, but that's not Diegos fault.

Great Choice

This condo was very clean and well maintained. The location was 1 to 2 miles to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The owner supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay and the list provided for pass codes for wi fi, entrance doors. etc. was very clear and well organized. Pool and gym are nice also. I would definitely stay here again.

a great place to spend your vacation

the apartment was fully furnished with everything you would need. It was in immaculate condition and decorated very tastefully,the unit had fast wifi and everything you would need, plenty of towels and beach towels and fresh bed linen the washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge plus , with a very comfy bed . .the condo is only a short walk to the large pool and hot tub another huge plus . diego made the rental very easy and kept in contact with us from the beginning of the booking answering any questions i had . he even checked on us when we arrived to make sure all was well, he was a very attentive owner and put us at ease during the booking. the yacht club is close to local shops and the beach.we had a fantastic time staying here and cant wait to come back . thanks again diego .

Really wonderful

Absolutely honest description.

This is by far the best place we stayed in our 10 weeks of travel. Convenient. Clean. Great area. The apartment lacks nothing. Everything worked perfectly. The owner is genuinely interested in giving renters a great experience. He provides contact details and is obviously proud of having everything right. Would give more stars if allowed.

Can't wait to stay here again!

We own a vacation rental property on Lake Michigan, so my expectations were pretty high going into planning our trip. From the moment we contacted the owner, till check-out time, this was the best experience ever!!! Diego was in constant contact with us, answering every question we had, which was so reassuring since it was the first time we'd rented through a website. His correspondence & consideration made not only planning the trip smooth, but put us at ease throughout our vacation. Diego even called while we were there to make sure everything was ok & ask if we needed anything. We were so impressed with the condo, the Yacht Club and the fabulous neighborhood. The grounds are well-kept & lush. There's plenty of security for the development & each apt bldg, but we never felt unsafe anywhere outside The Yacht Club, even going for a walk at night. The tenants and other renters were so friendly and kind, giving us restaurant suggestions or directions. The Yacht Club is a younger crowd than many of the complexes in Aventura and seems to cater more to people who are semi-retired or still working rather than retired. As beautiful as the pictures were of the condo and property, it's even better in person! The condo is clean, impeccably furnished & very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything! If we lived in Florida, it's the exact place we'd buy. There's ample hanging & drawer space for guests' clothes, plenty of bath & beach towels, and a full kitchen with every gadget, utensil or appliance you'd need. I didn't want to leave and Diego was so accommodating, I was able to extend my trip & relax a few more days while my husband went back to work. We can't wait to return to The Yacht Club and rent from Diego again!

This is apartment is wonderful ,has everything you need. kitchen,apliances,bathroom,living room ,all new full equiped apartment linens and kitchen equipment were all new Clean and very well maintained with washer and dryer inside ,wich was very important for as The yacht club its a wonderful experience,tennis court,Gym ,heated pool,Hot tub ,basketball walking to aventura mall by Tumberry golf coure is perfect Close to the beaches by car ,has beach chairs inside the unit to carry on The owner is very professional ,answer all our need at the moment we higly recomend this apartment and will come back again

amazing vacations on Yacht Club

we always stay at yacht Club,this apartment is wonderful,everything new and so good taste, you can find t everything you need for a perfect vacation close to the pool on building 3 and 6th floor with a wonderful balcony we love this location on aventura close to the mall and best restaurants ,Diego is a perfect host ,this is our second rentall with him, this unit and the other are beautiful hope to come back soon and enjoy this condo I recommend this apartment to anyone want space and comfort filling like home Dante
