Relax and unwind at this tranquil getaway. Over a half acre situated on the water. Direct access to water leading to Port Bay which can access Lake Ontario. Two sit on kayaks, two sit in kayaks, a stand up paddle board, a canoe, and a paddleboat for guests to enjoy. 15 minutes to Fairhaven Beach, 20 minutes to Chimney Bluffs, 30 minutes to Sodus Point Beach, 40 minutes to Cayuga Lake State Park and then the surrounding Finger Lakes. An hour to Rochester or Syracuse. Wineries and breweries within 20 minutes. Golf course 5 minutes away.
