***BRING ALL your own bedding pillows, blankets, linens, bath towels, toiletries, groceries & condiments. The photos show linens etc it’s was staged ONLY for the photos NOT for use. The kitchen YES is full of all dishes pots pans. Oven/Microwave coffee, toaster. Wifi, Cable TV.

****A recommendation - ALL small children should wear a life jacket on dock water is deep in certain areas !

Note: We the owners keep our boat in The boat hoist on property ( all other guests may use the dock on the opposite side of the hoist ). We also may pass through the side yard from time to time to get to our boat Thank you.

your life jackets -we supply all your firewood, gas grill, garbage service - town water on site.

Bring all your own bedding, pillows, the house only has 3 beds 1/ queen and 2 twin every other guest must provide yourself an air mattress and bring a pump the floor plan is nice layout please do not use couch as a bed we are trying to keep it clean and nice for living room tv or lounging purposes. Bring your toiletries, food, condiments, towels, also bring your own life jackets, We have about 6 lawn chairs on premises you can use for the campfire. The friendly cottage community is off of the main road perfect walking.

Needs TLC in some areas

Pros: Right on the inlet with a great view, fishing was good, living room was cozy, wi-fi worked well. Cons: Queen bed was not comfortable, stove was old, kitchen cabinets need organizing and cleaning. Overall great stay at a good price!

Calm peaceful getaway

This was a nice cozy home with such great views of the bay! My children and I we able to really enjoy ourselves being so close to the water and having dock to fish off which we caught several different kinds of fish! It also was close enough to town as well as other attractions/activities that kept us busy and entertained. Will definitely be going back again.
