This house was great! So much room. The theater room was great. The house was equipped with everything we needed (except an ironing board). Would highly recommend this stay if you have a large group.
The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our party of 10 (teens and adults) enjoyed the accommodations. Our host was responsive and came immediately fix a minor problem with the tv’s. We would love to stay at this property again.

House was beautiful. Very big. Would be great for large families. If you cook during stays i would bring things with you like spices, utensils, etc. For the most part it was clean besides the inside of drawers. Lots of bathrooms. We were there for a business event so we didnt get a chance to use all amenities but really cool house for large families.

We had 7 adults and 3 young chikdrwn stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. We used all 6 bedrooms and the youngsters had room to roam and play. They loved watching movies in the theater room as well as swimming in the pool. It would have been helpful to know in advance that none of the bedrooms were on the ground floor as my wife was in a walking boot following foot surgery. She managed just fine. A few little maintenance/furnishings issues but nothing major. The house was well supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen, etc. Nice to have the 2-car garage to use as well. Hosts were exrememy reaponsive. Tahnk you!!

The Pros-house is quite large with plenty of space for everyone to hang out -beds were comfortable and every was clean-location is right between Clearwater & Dunedin so perfect for the baseball spring training games we came for Cons-Out biggest issue was unfortunately that the pool system does not seem to work well. We paid extra for heating but the system would get turned on in the morning, run for a couple hours but then be cold by mid afternoon. We were most excited for the hot tub but never really got to enjoy it -there was a mix up with their system for check in but thankfully the property manager, Mike, was very helpful in getting that sorted out. -several things around the house just felt run down (pool sticks have broken tips, pool table pockets fall out, outdoor grill area could use some sprucing up)

Homeowner lives onsite, hot tub didnt work, pool filthy, lacking basic supplies, poor communication
Our experience at this property was deeply disappointing due to several issues that could have been avoided with better communication, preparation, and disclosure.Access IssuesWe arrived for a late check-in only to find that the property manager had not provided us with the code to enter the house. With the office closed, we struggled to reach anyone, repeatedly encountering voicemail. The area was poorly lit, making the situation even more frustrating. After an extended period, we finally reached the property manager, who insisted the information had been emailed. Despite searching all my email folders (inbox, spam, and trash), I found no such email. I requested that he forward it again so we could reference it later, but instead, he sent a dismissive message saying he was glad we had no issues accessing the property—a claim that was far from accurate.Pool and Hot Tub ProblemsThe pool and hot tub, major draws for booking this property, were unusable on arrival. The pool was dirty, and the hot tub was ice cold. The guest guide indicated that the hot tub heater should remain on, but no clear instructions were provided on how to locate or operate the controls. After much searching, we found the remote hidden in an outside control panel. Once we managed to heat the hot tub, the heater kept turning off due to a timer. This resulted in the hot tub being cold again whenever we wanted to use it. Most of our group gave up and resorted to filling bathtubs with hot water instead, w

Please note that our check-in hours are 10 a.m.–3 p.m., and late arrivals may present additional challenges and there are additional fees (which you were not charged).
Regarding the pool, heating is available for a fee if arranged in advance, as outlined in our policy. The remote you accessed is part of our monitoring system and not intended for guest use, as improper adjustments can cause issues.
