Bucky's Beach at Edgewater - quiet, spacious villa steps to the beach
When the sun and saltwater are calling your name, Bucky's Beach 2 bedroom/3 full bathroom spacious villa is the place to come and enjoy.
One of the largest villas at the amazing Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, the Bucky's Beach villa features two levels and comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests. Downstairs is our living room with comfy seating, Smart TV, balcony access, sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchen. Plus a full bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms-The Primary with a king bed + full-over-full bunkbed. The Primary has a walk-in closet and a deep Jacuzzi tub/shower. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed and walk-in closet. Also has a full bath with Tub/shower, a Smart TV, and clothing storage. The primary also has its own balcony overlooking the iconic 8th island green on Edgewater's golf course. We are new owners and are delighted to make your stay the best experience ever!
A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street. Just a 5 minute walk over the Resort pedestrian bridge to the beach, lagoon pool, Oceans restaurant, Edgie's Market, and more. There is also a free resort tram you can hop on to carry you there.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts. Note that these Club amenities have a guest fee.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

We are Philip and Laura from Roswell, Georgia. We have been married for 30 years and have three kids and a dog. We love the beach but still work full time so we're happy to share our Bucky's Beach villa with friends, family and guests. Our villa will be our permanent home a few short years. We trust that your stay here at Bucky's Beach Villa will bring joy and good times!
Why they chose this property
This villa offers a larger floor plan than most with great green space and close proximity to all the action of the Convention center and steps from the pedestrian bridge.
What makes this property unique
Our villa is ideally located just a few steps from the beach and Resort restaurant as well as additional off-resort restaurants but positioned in a quieter section of the Resort. Enjoy the beach activities when you want, but relax in the peace of quiet evenings. The huge lagoon pool at Edgewater is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant and an array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--a 9-hole golf course, Surf Shop, Starbucks and more, there is no place in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
