Naples Bay view condo on Naples Island

NEW rental property!
Coastal themed remodeled condo in prime location on Naples Island - within walking distance of everything, including 5th Ave shops and restaurants and 1.5 miles to Naples Beach.
The kitchen is updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a counter with stools, as well as a dining table. The well appointed living room has a large smart tv and view of Naples Bay.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in closet and a large granite vanity that passes through to the bath with updated vanity and a tile shower.
The lower level also has an updated bath with tile shower and a seating area with TV that includes a trundle bed and serves as a 2nd bedroom.
The unit also has a washer and dryer.
Cable TV provided by Xfinity. Xfinity Fast Internet with speeds up to 200 Mbps. Unit includes 1 dedicated covered parking stall for a passenger vehicle on the 1st floor (no large trucks, work vehicles or motorcycles).
Windows have been updated to hurricane windows.
Pool is converted to salt water as of March 2025.

Pool requires fob for access. Lost pool key fob will result in $100 charge for replacement.

No smoking, no pets. Stays over 90 days require association approval.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave condo tidy & return any moved furniture or TV remotes
Set A/C to 76°F (summer) or heat to 65°F (winter). Set lower level AC to efficiency
Close/lock all windows
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No large pickups, vans/RV, commercial vehicles, motorcycles in parking lot. Stays over 90 days require approval.
