Our home is located on a dead-end street perfect for privacy but is also extremely close to all the action - North Conway village/ Settlers Green Outlets (3 mins), Cranmore/Attitash/Wildcat Mountains (5-25 mins), Storyland (15 mins), and more! Enjoy the spacious open concept layout, the view of the mountains from the porch, or snuggle up by the fireplace. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Our spacious North Conway home is perfect for family or multi family gatherings. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone! In the warmer months, enjoy the deck, grill and firepit out back and relax by the gas fireplace in the winter.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
