For a week of relaxation and renewal to celebrate a 50th birthday with friends, this was the perfect location. Alonna was the perfect host! She was communicative and always provided detailed answers to questions. The mountain view was exquisite, and while we unintentionally spent most of the time indoors, we had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend staying here whether you were a family or a group of friends. In fact, we are strongly considering planning a yearly trip out to the mountains to stay here again!

Loved this place! It is well stocked with all you need for your coffee and laundry needs. Also all kitchen needs. Blenders, two types of coffee makers and any pan or utensils you might need. Beds and pillows and linens were very comfortable. Our host was very prompt if you need them and also checked in to assure all our needs were met. The patio deck has a beautiful view and was where we spent most of our time. Enjoyed our mornings having coffee in the tree tops. I recommend you visit here?

“Great house”!Traveled with another couple, we each had our own wing! Fabulous!!The house was very clean, comfortable and cozy! The kitchen had everything you would possibly need to cook! The views were great (2 different levels of decks). The downstairs game room was fun with all the different video games, with a half bath on this level! There is plenty to do in the area! The host, Alonna, was very warm and communicated to make sure all was well, which made us feel “welcomed “!I would definitely stay again!!!! 10 STARS!!!

My family had a great time at this house! The layout was super cool and all the windows made for great viewing; we loved that you could see the ski slopes from the porch and also saw deer every day we were there. The fireplace in the lower level got super hot, which was great and the whole family enjoyed all the retro video games. The kitchen was more stocked than anywhere else we’ve visited and everything was labeled, which was super helpful. We definitely plan on returning!

Amazing Family Vacation House

The property was very well maintained and was in a great location; only a short drive to apple orchards, a lavender farm, breweries and wineries, Luray Caverns, and Shenandoah national park. The property was well set up for my family with small kids and our dogs. This is an amazing family vacation house!
