I love Montauk, specifically the laid back vibe and clean salty air.
Why they chose this property
I have always loved The Montauk Tower. It is located in the Center of town. You can look out the living room window and see the entire town and the ocean. It is also a famous Carl Fisher building built in the 1920's. Having a salt water pool is a bonus. After a long day at the beach it is nice to wind down by the pool.
What makes this property unique
It is located in the center of town and it is easy to walk to the beach, the market, restaurants and local hot spots. I have a cabana for you to store your beach items and surf boards. You do not need a car as most things are walk-able and there are plenty of cabs in Montauk. The building and the town have a great laid back vibe. Montauk is a wonderful and relaxing place to spend time. I have beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for use as well as 1 bicycle.
